   Mam recently I have grinded wheat on my own, it was good but roti is not tht soft as if as Store brought can you plz suggest me some tips to bring softness in homemade atta also,kindly share with us atta,whole wheat flour,maida difference I have grinded only the wheat it tastes good but softness it differeces
