WOW!! Homemade Chocolates: From that title, I thought this is just another recipe. From the BEAN to the bar!! I LOVED it. Now, THIS IS homemade chocolate!!!!!!! I wondered if they use tempering machines. But Fabien demonstrated the tabling method, nice!! This is in my must-visit place when I visit Pondicherry next time, for sure.
